About the Author

Katelyn Sanner Dixon is a proud Kansan and first-time children’s book author. She wrote Our Search for You as a way of processing her own journey through loss and infertility. What started as a therapeutic outlet has become a beautiful connection with so many others venturing the same path.

Outside of writing, she is a surgical resident who hopes to care for oncology patients following training. She enjoys spending time with her husband, two dogs, friends, and family. When not at the hospital, you can find her working on her "fixer-upper", trying new restaurants, or at her favorite local gym.
